🎓 Educational Qualification
Trainee Engineer: B.E/B.Tech in relevant branches (Electronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Science)
Trainee Officer:
- Finance: CA/CMA or MBA in Finance or equivalent PG Degree
- HR: MBA/PGDM in HR or related discipline
- Business Development: MBA/PGDM in Marketing/Sales
Trainee Diploma Assistant: 3-year Diploma or equivalent in relevant fields (Electronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Science) or BCA/B.Sc (CS/IT)
Trainee Assistant:
- Finance: B.Com or similar with computer course / CA Inter / ICWA Inter / Diploma in Financial Management
- HR: Degree with specialization in HR / PM&IR / Labour Law / Social Sciences with computer course
