The District Legal Services Authority, Keonjhar has invited applications from local residents for the engagement of 45 Para Legal Volunteers (PLVs). These volunteers will assist in legal awareness and aid the weaker sections of society, especially those who are underprivileged and lack access to justice due to poverty or ignorance.
This initiative is part of the Scheme for Para Legal Volunteers (Revised) and involves no regular salary but an honorarium as fixed by the DLSA from time to time.

PLVs must have a deep sense of social responsibility and a strong desire to serve marginalized groups such as SC/ST, women, children, senior citizens, and other vulnerable sections without expecting financial benefits.
