Full-time Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution. -
Resident Engineer:
Full-time Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering. -

Full-time Diploma in Metallurgical or Mechanical Engineering.
