Education Qualification Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit (As on 01.07.2025):

  • Candidates must be at least 21 years old and not older than 30 years.

Age Relaxation:

Relaxation in upper age limit will be provided as per government norms:

SC/ST: 5 years

OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years

Persons with Disability (PwBD):

    • UR: 10 years
    • OBC: 13 years
    • SC/ST: 15 years

Educational Qualification:

  • A graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university or institute.
  • Candidates who have completed professional qualifications such as Chartered Accountancy, Cost Accountancy, Engineering, or Medicine are also eligible to apply.

Work Experience Required:

  • At least 1 year of experience (after graduation) as an officer in a Scheduled Commercial Bank or Regional Rural Bank listed in the Second Schedule of the Reserve Bank of India.
  • Please note: Experience in NBFCs, co-operative banks, payment banks, small finance banks, or fintech firms will not be considered.

Language Proficiency:

  • Applicants must be fluent in the local language of the state they are applying for. They should be able to read, write, speak, and understand the language comfortably.
