For Crane Operators, candidates need:
- Class 10 (Matric) pass certificate
- Heavy Vehicle Driving License
- Minimum 2 years of crane operating experience
Salary Details
- Basic Salary: ₹21,000 per month
- Additional Allowances:
- Industrial Dearness Allowance (IDA) to adjust for inflation
- Special Allowance: 5% of basic pay
- Annual Salary Increase: 3% every year after completing the contract successfully
