  Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline. Preference to Agriculture, IT, Law, Management, Economics, etc. Local language proficiency and computer knowledge required.

• Officer Scale-II (General Banking Officer):
  Bachelor’s Degree with 50% marks. Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Bank Officer.

• Officer Scale-II (Specialist Officers):

  • IT Officer: Bachelor’s in Electronics/IT/CS with 50% + 1 year experience.

  • Chartered Accountant: Certified CA + 1 year experience.

  • Law Officer: Law degree with 50% + 2 years’ experience.

  • Treasury Manager: CA or MBA (Finance) + 1 year experience.

  • Marketing Officer: MBA (Marketing) + 1 year experience.

  • Agriculture Officer: Degree in Agriculture/related fields with 50% + 2 years’ experience.
