Gauhati High Court JAA Selection Process 2026 (Complete Details)

The Gauhati High Court JAA Recruitment selection process is conducted in multiple stages to ensure fair and transparent hiring. Candidates must qualify each stage to move forward.

✅ Stage I: Common Written Test (OMR Based)

This is the first and most important stage of selection.

Written Exam Syllabus & Marks Distribution

The written test includes the following sections:

• General English – 50 Marks

• General Knowledge + Computer Knowledge – 30 Marks

• General Aptitude – 20 Marks

• Assamese Language (Qualifying Nature) – 20 Marks

✅ Assamese Qualifying Rule:
The Assamese section is qualifying only. Candidates must score 40% of 20 marks, i.e., 8 marks to qualify.
