1. Airport Ground Staff

Job Roles and Responsibilities

Airport Ground Staff

• Responsibilities include passenger check-in, boarding management, ticket reservations, and other terminal-related tasks.

• Ensuring passenger and airline satisfaction is a key part of this role.

• Candidates must be prepared to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, regardless of gender.

• Weekly off will be provided on a rotating basis.

• Career progression is based on individual performance.

Airport Loader

• Job duties involve loading/unloading baggage and cargo, cleaning the aircraft, and assisting technicians in maintenance tasks.

• May also provide wheelchair assistance and help with workshop-related activities.

• Work is in three shifts, including night shifts, with weekly offs on rotation.

• The exam will be objective type, and questions will be based on 10th-grade or 12th-grade levels.
