Education Qualification & Eligibility

• Educational Qualification: To be eligible for these posts, you must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture or Horticulture from a recognized University or Institution.
• Age Limit: As of August 20, 2025, your age should not be more than 40 years. Please note that there might be age relaxations for certain categories (like ST/SC/Physically Handicapped), as per government rules.

Application Fee

• All applications must be submitted online through the official TPSC website: tpsc.tripura.gov.in.
• You will need to pay an application fee:
  • Rs. 350/- for General Candidates.
  • Rs. 250/- for candidates belonging to ST (Scheduled Tribe), SC (Scheduled Caste), BPL (Below Poverty Line) card holders, and Physically Handicapped categories.

How to Apply Online for TPSC Agriculture Officer Posts

The TPSC wants you to apply only through their online system. They will not accept any paper applications. Before you start, make sure to read all the instructions carefully!

Here’s the step-by-step process:

Online Application Only: You must apply through the TPSC’s official online application portal. No hard copy (paper) applications will be accepted.

Application Window: The online application link will be available on the TPSC website (https://tpsc.tripura.gov.in) from July 24, 2025, until 5:30 PM on August 20, 2025.

New Users – One Time Profile Registration (OTPR): If you’re applying for the first time, you’ll need to register your basic information through their “One Time Profile Registration (OTPR)” system on the TPSC website.

• • Once you register, you’ll receive a User ID on your registered mobile number or email.
  • You’ll then use this User ID to log in and apply for the Agriculture Officer position.

Avoid Multiple Applications: Try your best to submit only one application.

• • However, if you accidentally submit more than one, make sure that the application with the latest Application Number is completely filled out and accurate.
  • The TPSC will only consider the application with the newest Application Number. Also, any fees you paid for an earlier, incorrect application will not be refunded or transferred to your latest application.
